Over the past three weeks I’ve been abuzz with activity. It all started with the Victoria Business Leader’s Summit, and I’ve found myself fielding calls about new work opportunities, as well as connecting with old friends and classmates from as far back as pre-school!
One thing that I’m enjoying very much, but also finding a tasty challenge, is seeking ways to integrate visual thinking into the planning processes with my clients. It’s opened up a whole new way of doing planning but at the same time, is pushing my skills in translating business concepts into visual metaphors. My brain, it is choc-a-bloc full and ticking overtime.
I’m just about to head off on a vacation and will be away from internet for ten days. I can’t believe it – I don’t know if it’s really possible. They must have a business centre at the resort… maybe I’ll see if I can sneak in there while the husband is snorkelling and the son is playing in the Crayola art camp. Heck, what am I saying? I want to play at Crayola art camp!
Until the 27th then… be well!
